Coming from the South on highway E45, turn off at exitnumber 55 towards Horsens N. and Østbirk.

Coming from the North, turn off at exitnumber 53 towards Skanderborg S. and Østbirk.

Coming into Østbirk you drive towards Vestbirk. In Vestbirk you turn towards Tønning and then at the first crossing towards Sandvad and shortly after to the left towards Birknæs.

Follow this road until the asphalt stops, continue for about a few hundred meters over the gravelroad until the stonesign '9 Fruerholm'.
